About CatalogHop
CatalogHop turns the product export from one store platform into a file another platform's importer reads: Etsy, Wix, Squarespace, BigCommerce, Square, Magento, WooCommerce and Shopify into Shopify or WooCommerce. It also checks any CSV meant for Shopify's or WooCommerce's product importer and points at the rows that would be rejected, before you upload it.
It runs entirely in your browser. Your product file is read and converted on your device and is never uploaded.
It is built from each platform's published import rules and from real export files. Where a platform does not document a rule, the converter follows our best reading and says so on the page. It moves products only: no customers, orders, reviews or URL redirects.
What it does not do
- Only products move. Customers, orders, reviews, gift card balances, blog posts, pages and URL redirects are not in a product export, so CatalogHop does not convert them.
- It does not connect to your store. You download the file and import it yourself, so nothing changes in your store until you choose to import.
- It does not write Etsy, Wix or Squarespace import files yet; the destinations are Shopify and WooCommerce.
Not affiliated
CatalogHop is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Shopify, WooCommerce, Automattic, Etsy, Wix, Squarespace, BigCommerce, Square, Block, Magento or Adobe.
Something did not import?
The converter lists everything unusual it finds in a file. If an import still fails, the error text from your store's importer and the platform the file came from are what we need to fix it. Send them through the contact form; you do not need to give an email address unless you want a reply.
